About the role
On Site Cleaning is seeking reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Builders Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team servicing Wollongong, the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. We specialise in professional builders cleans, post-construction cleaning and new home handover cleans, working alongside builders, developers and construction professionals to deliver properties ready for presentation and handover. This is an opportunity to join a growing local business with ongoing work opportunities across residential and commercial construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out builders cleans on newly constructed homes and commercial properties.
- Remove construction dust, debris and general building residue.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, fixtures and fittings.
- Complete detailed final cleans to meet builder and client expectations.
- Maintain safe and organised working environments on construction sites.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the cleaning team.
About you
- Reliable, punctual and motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on construction sites.
- Reliable transport and driver's licence preferred.
- Previous builders cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.
- White Card required where applicable for construction site access.
