The clean itself, delivered against the agreed scope. Crews work systematically through the checklist, coordinating with other trades where required.
Quality Inspection
Internal checklist-driven inspection before sign-off. Nothing is marked complete until it's been verified — completion photos document the result.
Client Handover
Final walkthrough or handover to the builder. Documentation provided — scope completion, photos, any notes. The job is closed out properly.
